Delete your pikugames account

One pikugames account signs in to all of our games (PikuGuns), so deleting it deletes it everywhere.

In the game

Open the game, go to your account screen and tap Delete account, then confirm. Your account is deleted at once and the game signs you out.

By email

If you no longer have the game, write to hello@pikugames.com with the subject "Delete my account". Send it from the email address on your account, or tell us your username or in-game name and the game you play, so that we can find it. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours. We delete it within 30 days and write back when it is done.

What is deleted, and what is kept

Deleted, in every game: your profile and progress, username, password hash, email address, Apple and Google sign-in links, sessions, friends, inbox, clan membership, season rows and event scores. Kept, linked only to an anonymous account id: the records of purchases, of coins and gems moving, and of matches already played, which we need for accounting, refunds and fraud prevention. Coins, gems and items on a deleted account are lost and cannot be restored or refunded.

Deleting your account does not refund purchases; ask Apple or Google for a refund under their policies. If you used Sign in with Apple, you can also stop using it for our games in your Apple account settings.
