Privacy Policy

Last updated 29 September 2026

pikugames ("we") makes mobile games, including PikuGuns. This policy covers all of our games, this website and our game services at api.pikugames.com. If you have a question, write to hello@pikugames.com.

What we collect

Account data. A random account id we create for you, and a device key your app makes so it can keep you signed in. If you choose to add them: a username and a password (we store only a salted hash of the password, never the password itself), an email address, and the account id that Sign in with Apple or Google gives us, with the email address that service shares (with Apple this can be a private relay address).

Game data. Your in-game name, your level and experience, coins, gems, items and loadout, your match results, event scores and season standings, your clan, your friends list and your in-game inbox.

Purchase data. When you buy something in a game, Apple or Google takes the payment; we never see your card or bank details. Our purchase service, RevenueCat, tells our server which product you bought, its store transaction id and whether it was later refunded, and we keep that record.

Advertising. Some games let you choose to watch a rewarded video ad. Those ads are served by Unity LevelPlay and the ad networks it works with. They receive information about your device, and they use your device's advertising identifier only if you allow tracking when your phone asks you. Our server only receives a signed notice that you finished an ad, so that we can give you the reward.

Technical data. Our servers see your IP address and keep short technical logs to run the service and stop abuse. Online matches are relayed by Photon (Exit Games), which also sees your IP address.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal data. Our own code does not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and we do not use your data for anything other than running our games.

How we use it

Who helps us

These companies process data for us, each under its own privacy policy: Fly.io (our servers and database; our account servers run in Singapore and match servers run in the region nearest the players), Photon by Exit Games (match traffic), RevenueCat (purchase records), Unity LevelPlay and its ad partners (rewarded ads), Apple and Google (sign-in and payments), and our email delivery provider (only to send the emails you ask for).

One account, many games

The same pikugames account signs in to each of our games. Each game keeps its own progress and its own wallet; your username, email address and sign-in methods are shared between them.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account exists. When you delete your account we delete, in every game, your profile and progress, your username, password hash and email address, your Apple and Google sign-in links, your sessions, friends, inbox, clan membership, season rows and event scores. We keep the records of purchases, of coins and gems moving, and of matches already played, linked only to an anonymous account id, because we need them for accounting, refunds and fraud prevention. Technical logs are kept for a short time only.

Your choices and rights

You can change your in-game name at any time and delete your account in the game or by email (see how to delete an account). You can refuse ad tracking when your phone asks, or later in its settings. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU and UK, or the CCPA in California) you may also have the right to see, correct, export or delete your data, or to object to how we use it. Write to hello@pikugames.com and we will answer within 30 days.

Children

Our games are not made for children under 13 (or the minimum age where you live), and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us personal data, write to us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy we will post the new version here with a new date, and tell you in our games when the change is important.
